The Argus, Melbourne, Monday 10th December 1877, page 3.
Ferguson & Urie newspaper advertisements start to appear indicating premises at Curzon-street Hotham and Collins-street east (Melbourne). Another advert on the same page indicates an address of 11 Collins street although I believe this to by a typo error as all other advertisements for the Collins street establishment appear as 10 Collins street. In 1884 the company would build a seven storey office building at 10 Collins-street (later re-numbered to 281-283) that would be their company headquarters.
22-08-1884: The new Collins Street building. (not available yet…I’m still working at it…! )
